2. Scope of Services

Code NexIn provides digital engineering, AI development, and systems architecture services. The specific details of each engagement will be outlined in separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, and systems developed by Code NexIn remain the intellectual property of Code NexIn until full payment is received.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you for accessing our platforms or development environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Code NexIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the implementation of our software solutions.
